ABSOLUTELY fabulous stay
perfect location varied menu professional staff
the LOCATION, just WOW! I could WALK to EVERYTHING. The breakfast menu offered SO many choices it was amazing. The staff was friendly and PROFESSIONAL.

dirty window frames room service
The room seemed a bit tired. i noticed dirty window frames, something i really dislike. also, the room wasn't serviced. That was a real letdown, especially after a long day. the food was okay, but nothing amazing.

acceptable stay but with some issues
polite staff great breakfast central location centralized heating awkward furniture non-functional room
the staff were very polite and helpful. breakfast was fantastic, it had a good selection. the central location made it easy to get around. the prosecco on arrival was a nice touch, i appreciated that.
I found the heating and cooling system a bit weird. They seemed to control it centrally. the rooms were clean, though style seemed prioritized over substance. i got a room that felt awkwardly furnished. It wasn't very functional at all, to me.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues present
dated furniture inoperative lighting
The assigned room felt quite small, and its dated furniture did not help. I found the room lacking character. also, the lighting in one corner did not work. It was quite annoying. the small window provided only a limited amount of light. I expected more for the price.
